Reprieve
Reprieve is a UK charity that fights for the lives of people facing the death penalty and other human rights violations.

Reprieve focuses on the cases of the innocent, people who are mentally ill or learning disabled, women, racial and ethnic minorities, all those unjustly on death row and those detained out of reach of the law in the 'war on terror'.

Through investigations, legal representation, campaigns and education, Reprieve targets issues and cases where we can make a difference for people on death row. Reprieve fights for those on death row who cannot afford a lawyer to defend them and fights to change the legal systems that - casually and systematically - allow fatal miscarriages of justice.
